“Yes,” the man says. “This is a dream. Just like the last one and the one before that and the one before that and on and on.” He waves a hand, as if that’s not very important. “Sit down; I’ve got a lot to say, not much time to say it and I will not kiss it better if you fall on your ass in the middle of it.”
Still a bit wary, Clint perches on the edge of an armchair.
“ To start, my name is Phil Coulson, agent of SHIELD.”

Everyone knows that Clint and Phil are together and it's a given that Barton's the flirty, dirty one, right?
That's what everyone believes until they overhear Phil and Clint's conversations over the not-really-private-comm they think is on and are speechless to realize that damn, Phil Coulson, SHIELD agent, Avengers' suppernanny, can speak dirty. Really hot and dirty.
Cue everyone not being able to experience debriefing the same way again.

Couldon/Clint, warning for drug use
Coulson is addicted to some hardcore drug (cocaine/heroin/prescription drugs/whatever) and has been for a while. He doesn't let it affect his job and so he doesn’t consider it a problem. Eventually though, it begins to affect his health. Clint somehow finds out about said habit and confronts him.
Bonus point #1) Clint helps Coulson kick the habit and supports him thru the withdrawl
Bonus point #2) for realistic portrayals of drug use/withdraw
Bonus point #3) Tony finds out as well and surprises Coulson by being extremely supportive (B/c Tony with all his alcoholism problems knows about addictions)

Everyone expects Tony and Clint to clash because of their personalities. But something even worse happens -- they get along like a house on fire. Everyone is understandably terrified.
Steve and Coulson are the most disapproving of this friendship. not because they're *jealous* or anything. It's because they are the Responsible Adults and Team Leaders and Tony and Clint are chaos incarnate. No, really.

It turns out Hawkeye's eyes are not actually so hawklike. He's near-sighted and wears contact lenses. Coulson is the only one who knows this and he often gets to see Clint wandering around wearing his glasses after hours, having taken out the lenses ready for bed.
I would like to see a bit of domestic fluffiness with those two including the glasses. All other details up to the author.
