Купила очередную книжку - Undefeated Love by John Simpson - я у этого автора читала Кондор-серию, про гея-президента США и его телохранителя, не Бог весть что, но вполне читабельно - и тут, грешным делом, я купилась на обложку, потому что, на мой взгляд, она офигенно сделала:

Сейчас я пока не в настроении для такого тяжелого чтения, потом попозже прочитаю, но один коммент на гудридсах просто вынес: and just the cover alone I would drop it 2 stars - not sure how appropriate it is considering the subject matter О____о Наверное, автора обложки к Ночному портье комментаторша бы вообще не простила
